This is an app you can use daily to receive evidence-based health information and tips. It also allows weight and food tracking to be sent directly to your care team. This allows us to better advise you on diet and other lifestyle changes to improve your progress and break through plateaus. Other programs can be added to this app including exercise routines, yoga programs, and more!
The wellness program includes initial provider exam.
If you don't have lab results within six months of program start, labs can be provided for an additional one time cost of $79. Certain additional labs may be added for nominal fee at patient request.
